Confiscated wild animals were recently released into a park in Lanzhou of Gansu Province.

More than 100,000 fish and 10,000 birds were released.

The wild animals were found at animal markets by local authorities. Releasing them into a natural environment was supposed to raise environment protection awareness, officials said.
